Ron Dixon
Chairman

Ron was a senior executive with Queensland Teachers Credit Union for 27 years and served as General Manager for 20 years from 1985 until his retirement in 2005. Ron was a Director of CUSCAL for 12 years including periods as the Deputy Chairman and Chairman. Among many other industry appointments he was the Chairman of Co-Pro, the Brisbane based Credit Union IT bureau.

Dr. Harry Zaphir
Director

Harry has worked in the computer industry since 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Queensland and has a PhD in Business Management. Harry is also a Director of Queenslanders Credit Union Ltd. (assets $300M+) and is in high demand as a keynote speaker.

Dan Downs
Director

With 20 plus years of ICT experience spanning three countries and numerous aspects of the ICT industry, Dan has worked with large global players (Hewlett Packard and Xerox Corporation) as well as start ups and mid sized ICT companies. He has skills in "Transition Management", strategic planning and operational management and enjoys working with growth companies and assisting with the dynamics of rapid change.

Bruce Bright
Director

Graduating from Queensland University of Technology in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business, Bruce is an associate member of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) and a member of National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA). After more than 6 years in the credit union industry Bruce joined The System Works in January 1997 as Financial Controller.
